at first... i search about some diet methods and I found some that interest. I tried it and it work. I tried 2 methods and i will tell you now... keep reading ^^


1. Keep Eating Diet (hahaha...)

strange with the name ? of course, i made this name on my own. the real name is calorie diet. you have to eat 4-5 times a day, but... you have to control your calorie. if you eat 4-5 times a day and eat like pizza , hamburger, spaghetti , fried food , fast food , etc... i can promise you that you will gain more more more weight with successfully ^^v

in my case , i ate 1200 cal or less a day. like i just eat boil egg , 2 table spoons of oat and a glass of green tea in the morning. for lunch, i eat vegetables , egg/meat , and water. for dinner is same like lunch or breakfast. if my breakfast at 7 , at 10 i just eat banana or any fruits , not juice. my snack is fruits or if i want, i take one or two biscuits. drink water 8 glass a day or more.

since i like dance , i dance in my spare time for losing some weight , or i go to gym. if you don't have time or can't dance... you can sit up and do some pilates before sleep or before breakfast, or maybe you can do Zumba dance or salsa or belly dance... it's popular now ^^


2. Banana Diet (Glamorous Diet)

have you heard about it ? in Korea and Japan... it's so popular. korean singer seo in young do this diet and see how's her body ^^

this diet is from Japan actually. the key is.. you have to eat banana... banana... and banana... this diet is good for body and face, and you don't have to exercises if you do this diet.
this is how you do banana diet :
- eat 2 banana and 2 water for breakfast
- you can eat anything for lunch, but you have to watch the calories.
- drink more water and water...
- don't eat after 8 pm
- eat one banana before you have lunch
- if you hungry , eat almond, banana or healthy snack
- avoids fried food , junk food , and the other friends
