MENU DIET GARAM :
Hari ke-1 dan ke-8 :
Pagi : 1 cangkir kopi/teh dengan 1 sendok gula equal
Siang : 2 butir telur rebus matang + 1 ikat bayam direbus sebentar + 1 buah tomat segar
Malam : 100 gr daging bistik goreng + slada diberi jeruk citrun/jeruk nipis
